Teacher : Mr. Chai

I and my parent went to LuJiang today , to attend their weekly Monday night class, and it so happen that Mr. Chai was the lecturer. So after a good piece of cake that my dear sister ChanLan baked, I went to listen to Mr. Chai's lecture. Yummy, the mango cake was delicious, I can't wait for her next presentation. I think ChanLan can be a good pastry chef. Tips: next time u drop by LuJiang, make sure to call up ChanLan for her cake.
The lecture was very good up until somebody at the back room hold up "0" bigggg yellow signboard; he grasped the audience like steel to magnet. mmm around 100+ audiences from various walk of life, haha I can guess from their cars in the parking lot...mercedes benz (s), toyota (s) all the way to our dear Kancil (s). Oh back to the lecture, so after Raymond insisted I listen to the lecture instead of gossiping (Raymond is a very good DiZiGui student), I finally followed him into the hall. Everybody was very attentive...not a single sound from the audiences.
The "aha" that I got from the lecture was how to be happy and at the same time stress free. Mr. Chai lectured that to force oneself to attain specific goal will not achieve happy feeling…even if you attain the goal because he or she will set another goal after the previous one, and the stress cycle will be a never ending story. Moreover, he stressed that when oneself dwells into a set of goal, he or she will be unable to perform 100 percent of his or her abilities just because of the stress and worries of achieving the goal. Therefore, Mr. Chai suggested that we do our best toward our goal but we are not tied with the outcome. Hmm, doesn't this remind us of the Peaceful Warrior stories; the journey is more important that the destination…
Mm, there are other fascinating stories that Mr. Chai lectured on such as the thief who does not act like a thief, the professor who went back studying kindergarden level, the mom who has telepathic ability with her child, the boy who talks to his dad's heart, the hidden meaning of money character, the corpse who brought his belonging to the otherside, and the twin brother unique stories. I will elaborate those stories another time….its past my bed time le.
